ok, well to reply to you comment... I really think that you should tell him how you feel, because how do you know that he doesn't feel the same? Maybe he is nervous/shy to tell you also, you never know. What I would do is sit him down and let him know that if he doesn't like what you are about to say, then tell him that he should  forget it and pretend it never was said. ( it has worked many times for me) tell him how you feel and see if he feels the same, if not then tell him that you still want to be friends, and maybe make a joke to lighten the mood. I really hope that I was helpful. If you have any other questions, let me know.

By the way, I am 15, but I have a lot of experience (sometimes, I think to much)

I am always surprised when I find out there are a lot of other girls out there that are shy and/or embarrased to tell a guy that they like them. For me, if I like a guy I go right up and tell them. They love when you tell them that. It makes them feel good. So my advice to you would be to tell him how you feel and leave him options. So if he doesn't feel the same you can always let him know that you would still like to be friends.
